2.0 Terms of Service

2.1 Intellectual Property (IP)

Unless otherwise stated in a specific Statement of Work (SOW), all custom code developed for a client is transferred to the client upon full payment, while IW Technocrats retains ownership of its proprietary base-frameworks.
